Mastering the Art of Viscous Liquid Packaging

Not all liquids are created equal. While water and juices flow effortlessly, products like thick honey, heavy cosmetic gels, motor greases, and dense pharmaceutical syrups present a unique challenge. Attempting to run these products through a standard gravity filler will result in severe clogs, slow production speeds, and highly inaccurate fills. This is where specialized viscous liquid packaging technology becomes essential.

To handle thick, sticky substances, G-Tech Packaging utilizes advanced positive displacement piston fillers or lobe pumps. Instead of relying on gravity, these machines physically push the dense liquid through the system using a pressurized mechanical stroke. This ensures that no matter how thick the product is, the exact required volume is forced into the container smoothly and without air pockets.

Furthermore, our machines can be equipped with heated hoppers and jacketed pipelines. By slightly elevating the temperature of products like wax or thick syrups, the liquid temporarily becomes less viscous, allowing for high-speed filling before cooling down to its natural state inside the bottle. This intelligent engineering keeps your production line moving flawlessly.
